Alberta Auto Credit (A.A.C.) is the exclusive lender for Mac James Motors. A.A.C. was set up to help our customers re-build and re-establish their credit ratings. AAC does this by reporting each customer's payments every month to the various credit bureaus. AAC's only business is the financing of Mac James's vehicle sales.

We have been providing financing to people with damaged credit or no credit since 1994; first as CarNow Acceptance Company and now as Alberta Auto Credit.

When you apply for a loan only AAC sees your confidential information. It is not "shopped around" to different finance companies.

Alberta Auto Credit prefers to look at each customer's present situation rather than their past. Payments are tailored to fit the customer's budget. Down payments can be as low as $500.00.

Terms are usually 24 to 36 months. The short term helps you save thousands of dollars on interest payments. It also helps you get into a newer or different vehicle should your needs or wants change. You can usually trade after 15 or 18 months as opposed to 48 months on a 60-month contract. Or, if your needs don't change, you can be without a car payment for many months.

AAC allows its customers the option to pay the loan out early, make lump-sum payments anytime, or increase the payment amount with no penalties or administrative charges.

Payments are arranged around each customer's pay days. You can pay on a weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly basis. Payments can be made by cheque, cash, debit card , or automatic withdrawal.

Alberta Auto Credit is flexible enough to help you out when you run short of cash. When unforeseen mechanical repairs crop up, they can help finance the repair work. They can also offer a number of options to help you through most of the curves that life might throw your way.
